Acquires Computer Resources Corporation (CRC)
SSI Expands its Geographic Presence and Solutions for Local Governments,
Utilities, and Other Public Sector Organizations
LEBANON, OHIO, June 22, 2006
Software Solutions Incorporated (SSI), a leading supplier of accounting, billing, and document and meeting management solutions for local governments, utilities, and other public sector organizations in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and other Midwestern states, announced today that the company has acquired the assets of privately held, Louisville, Kentucky-based Computer Resources Corporation (CRC), a supplier of accounting and billing solutions to rural water companies and other utilities in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Missouri, and other nearby states.
The acquisition expands SSI's presence to fourteen states, primarily in the Midwest. It also expands the SSI customer base to over 450 organizations, and increases both revenues and employees by over 30 percent. CRC's current solutions will continue to be supported, and SSI will market CRC's property tax and customer complaints applications to other organizations. The SSI Microsoft Windows-based financial, payroll, and utility billing applications will be offered to CRC customers as an upgrade.

SSI will maintain the CRC development, sales, and customer service office in Louisville, Kentucky; SSI headquarters will remain in Lebanon, Ohio. Michael Grebe will become an SSI Regional Sales Manager located in Louisville. All other CRC employees will be absorbed into the SSI organization as well.
