As a customer of Software Solutions, you are automatically a member of a user group called the SSI-MIX. This group meets twice a year to discuss common interests, concerns, and future developments with Software Solutions.
The Fall MIX is the larger of the two user group meetings and the locations vary. This three-day event consists of training classes, round table discussions, informative speakers, and of course an opportunity to relax and enjoy various forms of entertainment. For new users, the Mix is a valuable way to meet other SSI users, discuss common concerns, and make suggestions for future product enhancements. The Fall Mix runs Wednesday through Friday, and in 2008 will be held September 10-12. Wednesday and Friday sessions usually include various training classes. The round table discussions, on Thursday, are an open forum for the exchange of ideas and information between customers and Software Solutions. This is your opportunity to discuss topics related to the modules you work with. The round tables usually preview upcoming releases, discuss relevant legislative changes, and solicit future enhancement ideas.
The Spring Regional Mixes are one day regional meetings that are generally conducted at a variety of different locations. These meetings are held in March, and follow the same basic format of the Fall Mix with information presentations and speakers in the morning session, followed by Round Table discussions in the afternoon.
