The Visual Intelligence Portfolio Service Order Management System is designed to give you the tools you need to create and assign work generated from a variety of sources. It provides the ability to record and react to customer complaints, identify and assign work to be performed in the regular course of operations, and schedule regular inspection and maintenance tasks.  Service Order Management provides the ability to issue and track open service orders, manage the labor, material and equipment used to perform each task, and provide historical reporting to evaluate costs and trends.
